Aimilia Brouzou, Partner.
Aimilia completed her studies in Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law & Informatics. Aimilia, is an accredited Mediator in Civil and Commercial Law cases at the Ministry of Justice Transparency and Human Rights, trained by the organization (A.D.R g U.K). She has also been certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and as a Compliance Officer to the Financial System according to the European Regulation.
She has extensive experience in Real Estate Law and Cadastral Law. She has been a legal advisor for over 20 years in financial institutions.
Other areas of expertise: Inheritance Law, Family Law, Data Protection Law and Mediation.
She is excellent in time – management and a team- worker.
She speaks English (fluent) and German (working ability).
Elsa Tastsidou, Partner.
Elsa completed her studies in Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Law and an LLM in Transnational Economic Law and Energy Law. She has also been certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
She has extensive experience in Public Procurement Law and Tax Law and she has been a legal advisor for over 20 years in companies of private and public sector dealing with all aspects of Commercial and Administrative Law.
Other areas of expertise: Real Estate Law, Tourism and Consumers Law, Public -Private Partnerships, Aliens and Migration Law, Energy Law, Data Protection Law.
She is industrious and target oriented with strong communication skills.
She speaks English (fluent) and German (working ability).
Achilleas Karapatakis, External Associate
Achilleas completed his studies in Law at Brunel University London. He is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law. He is an accredited Mediator in civil and commercial cases at the Ministry of Justice Transparency and Human Rights, trained by ADR-ODR International. He is a Compliance Officer for one of the Greek big four Insurance Companies.
He has extensive experience in Data Protection and the GDPR, Mediation and Compliance.
He is a believer in life-long learning and an avid reader.
He speaks English(fluent) and Spanish(limited working ability).
